Wild TikTok conspiracy theory about Kim Kardashian sparks debate

TikTok has a wild theory involving a key scene in the latest episode of ‘The Kardashians’.

TikTok is having a field day trying to investigate claims that Kim Kardashian was fake crying in the latest episode of The Kardashians, amid claims her tears were actually just CGI.

The rumour was started by Michelle Driscoll, who goes by @michelledriscool on TikTok. While watching a tearful Kardashian talk about Tristan Thompson cheating on her sister Khloe and fathering a baby with the other woman, Ms Driscoll claims the tears simply aren’t real.

“Y’all please tell me you see this CGI tear on The Kardashians?” Driscoll said in the video.

“She doesn’t touch it! That’s a fake tear!”

While the original video seems to have been taken down, another TikTok user @riristea has taken the theory and run with it.

“If this was a fake tear, I’m going to be p***ed,” she said. “I was watching this episode bawling my eyes out.”

“It is the Kardashians, so you never know. But it really did seem like raw emotions, maybe she just missed the tear?”

“Anything is possible.”

A theory like this — especially considering the sad subject matter — would probably be ignored if it was about any other celebrity. However, the Kardashian/Jenner family are famous for being caught out editing their pictures.

However, not everyone is convinced the tear was a fake.

“Are we really doing this during the most emotional and real episode out there?” commented one TikTok user.

“I never touch my tears either when I wear makeup, it ruins it. I let it be lol,” noted another.

“She never touches it, they always wipe their eyes like that,” agreed another.

“I think people have waaaaaay too much time on their hands,” commented someone else.
