Tommy Lee finally explains why he posted full-frontal Instagram pic

The Motley Crue rocker recently stunned the world with this graphic Instagram post. Two weeks on, he’s revealed exactly why he did it.

Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee has explained his recent naked Instagram post, saying the picture was the result of a “motherf***ing bender”.

“A couple of weeks ago, we had like a two-week break off the tour, and I went on a motherf***ing bender, bro,” Lee, 59, said on stage during the group’s San Antonio, Texas, concert on Monday.

“I got f***ing sideways as f**k and got naked and posted pictures of my d**k.”

Earlier this month, Lee shocked his Instagram followers when he posted the full-frontal picture on his feed before eventually taking it down some hours later.

The musician, who was seemingly posing from a bathroom, simply captioned the X-rated selfie: “Ooooopppsss.”

Lee also issued a challenge to his fans, continuing, “Usually, I mean I’m a t**ty man, so I like to see t**ties, but tonight is equal-opportunity night. Tonight I wanna see everyone’s d**k. C’mon boys, pull your sh*t out. Pull your f***ing junk out. Let’s go.”

The request was met with both cheers and jeers, as Lee singled out one concertgoer.

“He’s ready to pull his d**k out. Show the whole world that motherf***ing hot dog,” the star yelled.

While the fan initially played along, he didn’t oblige. “The wife says no?” Lee asked before exclaiming: “Divorce!”

However, this wasn’t the first time that Lee’s penis became a star all on its own. A sex tape that the drummer made in 1995 with then-wife Pamela Anderson was leaked after he refused to pay an electrician for work done in their mansion.

The story was re-enacted on the TV series Pam & Tommy with Lily James and Sebastian Stan.

Back in June, Lee was forced to sit out the second half of Mötley Crüe’s first show stop in Atlanta after breaking four ribs and playing through the first half – against his doctor’s orders.

“We’ve all been waiting years for this moment and there’s no way I’m missing this! On with the show,” Lee said.
