The 2003 Australian Idol runner-up has unveiled the impressive results of all his hard work with a selfie on Instagram.
“I’m loving being back in the gym!” Noll, 47, wrote alongside the image of his bulging muscles.
“My body is responding really well! Thank goodness for muscle memory!”
He went on to thank a number of fitness companies for sending him “some great protein”, adding that he’s also “eating heaps of eggs”.
The post sparked a wave of praise for the singer and former reality TV star, with fans gushing over the incredible transformation.
“Looking good, Nollsie!” one wrote, with others dubbing him “Swollsie”, in a joking reference to his swollen biceps.
Noll is currently appearing in an UberEats ad where he is seen working out in a gym and quoting lyrics from his biggest hit, What About Me, which was the highest-selling single of 2004.
He’s also in the midst of an Australian tour, where he’ll next perform at the Boardwalk Country Music Festival in Victoria.
Noll recently reinvigorated What About Me with a collaboration with DJs Sunset Bros, appearing in a TikTok video posted by the club duo late last year.
The hard house remix quickly went viral on social media.
