Shannon Noll has shared how his body has changed thanks to the gym
Aussie star Shannon Noll has taken to Instagram to show off his new body and the results are shocking.
Shannon Noll has taken to Instagram to show off his body transformation while wearing a bright blue singlet top.
The singer explained that his amped-up body is thanks to consistently hitting the gym and the results are huge.
“I’ve been back in the gym three months now, and I’m really enjoying it! Looking forward to ramping it up and getting my diet and routine on track! #yougottalift,” he wrote.
The hashtag he uses is a reference to his banger ‘Lift’. It peaked at number 10 on Australia’s single charts but was famously used as the theme song for 10’s defunct weight loss reality show The Biggest Loser — where Aussies would go on and get yelled at by skinny personal trainers until they cried or lost weight - usually, they managed to do both at the same time.
Well now Nollsy is using that tune to motivate himself at the gym sans Michelle Bridges screaming at him.
With lyrics like, “I know how hard it can get, but you got to lift. You got to lift!” How could one not be inspired?
There’s something special about knowing that Noll probably listens to his own music while deadlifting at the gym.
The post is filled with fans appreciating his more muscular form.
“Unit on a bloke,” one commented.
“My man has entered beast mode,” another wrote.
“Whoa! Look at you,” another shared and also added a flame emoji.
Someone commented: “Rochelle would be enjoying it too, darling,” a reference to Noll’s wife of over a decade.
Rochelle and Noll got married in 2004 and share four children. In fact, Noll’s eldest son Blake has been spotted playing alongside his Dad.
Noll famously entered mainstream Aussie pop culture by coming runner-up to Guy Sebastian on Australian Idol in 2003.
He won Australia over because of his working-class narrative. When he auditioned, he was working on his Dad’s farm.
His Dad, Neill, tragically died in a farming accident in 2001 and Noll and his two brothers took the property over after his death.
Since then, Noll made a career by releasing bangers like ‘What About Me’ and ‘Drive.’ He now spends his days touring regionally, and in 2017 he made headlines for getting kicked out of Adelaide’s iconic strip club Crazy Horse.
Despite Noll’s busy family schedule and the fact he is a working musician, he has still found time to hit the gym, and his bulging body seems to have delighted fans.
