Rebel Wilson shares her “unhealthiest” photo on Instagram

Rebel Wilson has bravely shared an old photo where she was at her “most unhealthiest”, saying she feels proud of how far she has come.

Rebel Wilson has shared an old photo of herself prior to shedding 30kg during her weight loss journey.

The 41-year-old actress, whose Instagram is now full of slimmed down photos, bravely shared a photo from when she was her “most unhealthiest.”

Posting for her 10 million followers, Wilson revealed being in “pain” despite the huge smile on her face.

The snap shows Wilson with Serbian tennis legend Novak Djokovic.

Wearing simple Adidas logo shirt and long pants, Wilson began the caption by mentioning how she usually posts “flattering photos of myself.”

Wilson said she “found this old photo in my emails and was like: whoa! I remember this was when I was at my most unhealthiest – being overweight and indulging way too much with junk food.

“It’s interesting that I’m still smiling and still trying to be active – this was taken at a charity tennis tournament event – despite being in so much pain.”

The Australian star said she is proud of what “that girl” has “become,” and reached out to others who suffer from body confidence.

“Just wanted to send out some encouragement to everyone out there struggling with weight or body issues or emotional eating. I feel you. I know what it’s like. But it’s never too late to start improving yourself and trying to be the best version of YOU possible,” she wrote.

Wilson’s post gained likes from stars such as Jennifer Aniston, Jamie Lynn Spears, and Nicole Scherzinger.

Wilsn reached her goal weight of 75 kgs in late 2020 after dedicated the year to her health.
