Marvel actor spotted handing out waters to voters at Pennsylvania polling booth

This big screen star lived up to his nice guy status on election day in the US, where he was spotted casually helping out voters at a polling booth.

Hollywood star Paul Rudd hands out water to voters in Pennsylvania

Paul Rudd paid a surprise visit to several Pennsylvania polling stations to hand out water and snacks to young voters waiting hours to cast their vote in the 2024 Presidential election.

The Ant-Man star was seen in a video posted to X mingling and taking photos with fans in Villanova, outside Philadelphia, on Tuesday afternoon local time.

When asked why he chose to stop by, the US actor responded, “Because it is a lot of people waiting in line for a long time to vote and some of them might be thirsty, so we bought a bunch of water.”

Rudd, 55, later told MSNBC that it was a “wonderful thing” that “young people were out voting,” adding it was “impressive” that some people waited two hours.

The Marvel star also visited a polling station at Temple University and another at Villanova University.

At some point on election day, he posed alongside a small poster endorsing Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris, per a photo posted to X.

Several fans gushed over Rudd’s act of kindness on the social media platform with one writing, “He is such a gem!!”

“He’s the best guy!” another added.

“I love this! What a guy!!” a third chimed in.

Rudd joined Taylor Swift, Stevie Nicks, Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez and Cardi B in endorsing Ms Harris.

Swift endorsed the current vice president in September after Mr Trump shared a fake AI-generated photo of the pop-star supporting him.

However, the singer has caused upset after attending an NFL game on election eve to support her boyfriend Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs.

The game coincided with Ms Harris’ final rally for the US election in the key swing state of Pennsylvania, where Swift was born. It was a star-studded affair with the likes of Lady Gaga and Katy Perry performing to show their support.

Donald Trump stepped out to vote in Palm Beach, Florida, alongside his wife, Melania Trump, on Tuesday morning.

He’s garnered a support system of his own including Elon Musk and NFL WAG Brittany Mahomes.

Mahomes, a friend of Swift, previously called out haters after she copped backlash for allegedly “liking” a post about the politician’s campaign.

While her husband, Patrick Mahomes, has refused to endorse a candidate, his mum, Randi Mahomes, proudly wore a “Make America Great Again” hat to the Kansas City Chiefs vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday night.

“Make America great again. Let’s do it. Woo!” the matriarch said in a video posted to X.
