Margot Robbie stuns in ‘70s inspired British Vogue photo shoot
Showing off her fresh new look, Margot Robbie has graced the cover of British Vogue in a breathtaking photo shoot.
Margot Robbie has shown off her laid-back new look on the cover of British Vogue.
The Australian actress, 31, posed in a series of stripped back, ’70s inspired portraits for the publication’s August issue, where she sported a darker blonde hairdo and a fresh fringe.
Robbie sat down for an accompanying interview with Vogue ahead of the July 30 release of her upcoming movie The Suicide Squad, a sequel to the first 2016 film in which she plays Harley Quinn.
In one glamour shot, the Academy Award nominee is seen lounging on an outdoor chair wearing a pair of white bikini bottoms and a white cardigan as she holds a retro walkman.

On the cover, Robbie dons a collared, gold Chanel jacket and minimal make-up and hairstyling. In another photo for the magazine, Robbie wears an orange swimsuit as she relaxes on a pool toy.
The star’s make-up artist, Pati Dubroff, revealed she added “a lot of freckles” to Robbie’s skin specially for the shoot.
During the interview, Robbie revealed she has suffered with severe migraines since she was eight years old, making lengthy days on set difficult.
“I could be in a pitch black room … And if someone lit a match I’d be, like, blinded,” she said. “So being on set is the worst place – I take my medication, sit in the trailer and ask them to do my make-up in the dark.”

Robbie also talked about her joy of filming action scenes for The Suicide Squad.
“Those scenes … where everything’s exploding around you, and you make it just in time, those massive epic war hero runs? Those movie moments? Girls never get those. Girls never get those,” she said.
