Lady Gaga’s unusually raw photo as singer poses in thong bikini

Known for her over-the-top outfits, Lady Gaga has posted an unusually stripped back photo as she flaunts a thong bikini.

Lady Gaga showed off her bottom in a tiny thong bikini in an unusually raw, stripped back image compared to her signature over-the-top looks.

The US pop star, 35, showed off her stunning bikini body on Instagram ahead of her surprise guest appearance on theFriends reunion.

Gaga sat on the floor and crossed her bare legs in the sexy snapshots. The Oscar-nominated A Star Is Born actress sported long brunette hair as she wore her blue swimsuit.

It comes after Gaga was a guest star in yesterday's Friends: The Reunion, which is streaming on Binge.

She joined 57-year-old actress Lisa Kudrow in a very Phoebe Buffay inspired scene, as the duo performed a duet of the Friends character’s song, Smelly Cat.

The reunion director Ben Winston previously explained how the idea came about.

“I said to Lisa, ‘Would you be prepared to sing it?’ and she was like, ‘Yeah, that would be fun.’

“We went through a few names and we both agreed that Gaga, if we could get her, would be the ultimate one because she associates with and feels close to Phoebe in so many ways, as Gaga says on the show.

“That was a really beautiful moment, and Lady Gaga jumped at the chance to do it.”

Ben added: “We sat there with the two guitars with Lisa and her and worked it out there and then.”

Lisa joined her fellow Friends co-stars, Jennifer Aniston, 52, Courteney Cox, 56, Matt LeBlanc, 53, Matthew Perry, 51, and David Schwimmer, 54, for the reunion.

In the most bombshell moment, Schwimmer and Aniston revealed they had feelings for each other in the first season.
