KIM Kardashian has posted a sweet picture of daughter North West with husband Kanye in a music studio.

KIM Kardashian has posted a sweet picture of daughter North West with husband Kanye, as footage emerged of her discussing adoption of a child from Thailand.

Kardashian shared the delightful father-daughter portrait with her almost-17 million Instagram followers, with the caption “#BringYourDaughterToWorkDay”.

North West, who recently celebrated her first birthday is pictured on her father’s lap in a music studio.

Incidentally, Kardashian and West have been married for 73 days, meaning they’ve already exceeded her short-lived marriage to basketballer Kris Humphries.

The image went online as footage emerged from Kardashian’s latest episode of her family’s reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians, in which she discussed her affection for a 12-year-old girl called Pink who she met at a Thai orphanage.

“I literally cannot stop thinking about her,” she tells her mother Kris Jenner. “I told Kanye,

‘Honestly, this girl is so sweet and so cute, I would like totally adopt her.’”

Mother Kris took the opportunity to serve her daughter a dose of reality: “Oh my god, that’s a little aggressive. I think you can’t just go to an orphanage, fall in love with a child and take them home like your shopping.

“You get very passionate about things. You don’t think about … the whole thing through. I mean I bet there are things that you could do that would make all the difference to this little girl’s life without bringing her home.”

One way or another, Kardashian definitely has a soft spot for the little ones. An hour before she posted the picture of her husband and daughter, she added a picture of a pair of children imitating her and Kanye. “How cute are these kids!!!!!!,” she gushed.
