Jennifer Aniston reveals uncomfortable nude selfie ordeal
The Friends star has revealed she was approached by a fan while naked in a sauna, and she didn’t take too kindly to it.
Jennifer Aniston has sat down for an insightful TV interview, where she revealed which wild tabloid rumours about her weren’t true – and which were.
During her Wednesday appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the Friends star was presented with a copy of InTouch magazine’s August edition featuring a side-by-side photo of Aniston and former President Barack Obama and a headline that read, “The Truth About Jen And Barack.”
After the audience laughed over the cover, the Morning Show actress shut down claims she and Obama were close.
“Of all the calls you get from your publicist where you’re just like, ‘Oh no, what’s it going to be?’ or the email saying, ‘Some cheesy tabloid is going to make up a story’ … and then it’s that. I was not mad at it,” she quipped.
“That is absolutely untrue,” she shared, adding that she had only met Barack, 63, once and actually knows his wife, Michelle Obama, “more.”
However, the Emmy Award winner did admit that there was truth to a few other rumours out there, notably, that a fan approached her for a selfie while she was naked in a sauna.
“It [the selfie] didn’t happen,” Aniston said.
“You said no?” Kimmel asked.
“I absolutely said no!”
Other true reports included that Aniston gets salmon sperm facials, travels with jars of olives and that she keeps “a zip-loc bag” filled with her “dead therapist’s ashes.”
“Can I plead the [fifth]? That’s a little true … I’m going to sound like I really need a therapist after this,” she shared.
The Murder Mystery star previously got candid about why she has her late therapist’s ashes in a bag.
“She thought of me sort of like a daughter, and I thought of her sort of like a mum,” she told GQ in 2012.
“I went to her funeral. They split her up into little zip-loc bags they handed out like party favours.”
