Jackie ‘O’ Henderson shows off body transformation in swimsuit during beach day in Sydney
The radio host looked incredible as she rocked a cute swimsuit on a Sydney beach days after celebrating her 49th birthday.
Jackie “O” Henderson was in hot girl summer mode during a beach outing in Sydney yesterday.
The radio personality looked stunning while out and about at Clovelly Beach, wearing a black and white plunging bikini top she paired with a high-waisted swim skirt.
Before taking a dip in the ocean, Henderson – who appeared solo on her day out – was also seen enjoying the sunshine by the water, sitting on her towel while wearing a white knitted cover-up and pink bucket hat.
The 49-year-old has been living her best life since undergoing a lifestyle overhaul in late 2022. On the Kyle & Jackie O Show earlier this year, she revealed at her heaviest she weighed 85kg.
But after a few exercise and dietary changes, the radio host – who is also an ambassador for WW (Weight Watchers) – dropped a whopping 20kg from her frame.
“We do know what food and exercise does to our body and how it plays a big part in your mental health,” Henderson told Stellar last year.
“I was 20kg heavier – and while I don’t like talking about weight a lot, 20kg heavier wasn’t healthy for me.”
“There’s this fine line between saying, ‘It doesn’t matter what you weigh’ [and] knowing that certain weights affect my energy and motivation and health. I knew I needed to lose weight to feel better, not look better.”
Henderson’s recent outing comes day after she celebrated her 49th birthday on-board a luxury boat on Sydney Harbour with her nearest and dearest – a first for the star who has never thrown a birthday party for herself.
“I just feel like every single year of my life, not even just the last few years, I’ve ignored birthdays and never wanted to do a party,” she said on-air recently.
“I just don’t like doing it. And I thought ‘You know what? Why not! Like, who cares how old you are or whether it’s a milestone or not, I’m going to throw a big party on a boat.’
“I feel like this year, I just want to live life, you know? I feel like last year I did a lot of learning about myself and that sounds so clichéd … but I actually have, and now this is the year to reap the rewards.
“It’ll be a fun year. I want to make it as fun as possible!”
