Carrie Bickmore looks unrecognisable in hilarious teenage throwback photos

The Project host delighted fans when she posted a bunch of throwback photos from the ’90s that look nothing like her.

Carrie Bickmore has delighted fans with some hilarious throwback photos from her teen years.

In each photo, The Project host has the exact same half-dozed look on her face, but she looks completely different to how she looks now.

Some fans even think she has aged backwards.

“The 90’s.....when you didn’t get the chance to take a photo multiple times til you got one with your eyes open,” she jokingly captioned the photos.

Carrie’s followers were quick to make their way to add their own experiences.

Lisa Wilkinson wrote, “Or get it in the centre of the shot. So cute.”

“And you had to wait to print them to see,” one fan wrote.

“And when boob tubes were life,” another user wrote.

“And when we plucked our eyebrows within a millimetre of themselves,” someone else joked.

“I’m just glad social media wasn’t around when I was a teenager-early 20s,” another added.

“Kids these days will never appreciate what we had to deal with,” one wrote.

“Yep! I have a range of ‘selfies’ with friends where you don’t quite make the group!” someone else said.

“Is that really you Carrie?” another asked.

Some fans even pointed out her celebrity doppelgangers, including Silence of The Lambs star Jodie Foster and Sabrina the Teenage Witch star Melissa Joan Hart.

But Carrie wasn’t the only one feeling nostalgic today.

Studio 10’s host Sarah Harris also posted an adorable throwback photo on Instagram this morning, showing a side-by-side from when she was a baby, to now.

Angela Bishop commented, “Absolutely divine on every level.”

Merrick Watts left a bunch of clapping emojis.

Other fans couldn’t help themselves but comment on how cute the star was as a child.

However, she begged to differ, posting a second shot with a side-by-side comparison to Chris Farley from the movie Tommy Boy.
