Britney Spears strips off - and puts her exes on blast
Britney Spears has given fans some insights into her chequered love life in a series of revealing Instagram posts today.
Britney Spears has given fans some insights into her chequered love life in a candid series of Instagram posts today.
The semi-retired pop star, 43, spoke of having a bad time in both a “six-year relationship” and a “two-year relationship” in the past, railing against “men who have utterly and completely destroyed my heart”.
Spears poured her heart out over a series of Instagram posts, with photos showing her posing at home in skimpy lingerie.
She explained to fans that she was posing in the racy ensemble because “I’ve never shared myself with a man in lingerie that REALLY made me feel beautiful and sacred.”
“ … there had been waaaay too many times I had been incredibly disrespected in bed,” she wrote.
“It’s so bittersweet, but I knew my REAL heart would never share that or take a chance to bring my real heart in bed with someone who I KNEW would utterly and completely destroy me … so kinda f**ked up a 6 year relationship 2 year relationship … that’s a very long time to dream of the real deal, but guess what, I was 100% right. So they think they played me??? I realise I played their asses as well,” she wrote.
Spears said she’d rather share with “the world” than with “men who have utterly and completely destroyed my heart.”
And she had a direct message for “the men of the world”: “Sincerely F**K YOU!”
She also gave some dating advice to her followers: “Know your self-worth! Learn from mistakes and protect your heart, always !!! And if you really want to, embarrass the shit out of the people who did you wrong, I mean, I would never do that but …”
Spears’ posting spree comes just days after reports surfaced that she had recently dumped her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Paul Richard Soliz, for the second time.
Page Six reported that Soliz, an ex-convict, had moved his things out of Spears’ LA home, where they’d lived together during their low-key romance.
The pair had started dating in 2023 after Spears hired Soliz to carry out maintenance around her home.
One insider described the relationship as “turbulent” to Page Six.
That relationship came after Spears’ split from her ex-husband Sam Asghari. The pair dated for over five years after meeting on a music video shoot, but ended up splitting just over a year after their 2022 wedding.
It had been Spears’ third marriage, after her previous three-year marriage to backup dancer Kevin Federline in 2004, and earlier that same year, a quickly-annulled impromptu Vegas wedding to a childhood friend.
