A-lister tries to keep low-profile in Australia

A movie star has been seen living his best Australian life alongside his 13-year-old daughter

Matt Damon is astonished at how quickly his daughters are growing up

Movie star Matt Damon is officially living his best life in Byron Bay, and has been seen walking along the beach with his 13-year-old daughter Stella.

The 53-year-old looked very “I’m a celebrity, don’t notice me”, as he strolled along the sand in track pants, a navy shirt, a ball cap, and sunglasses.

Despite his incognito look, he decided to free his feet and went barefoot, with father and daughter enjoying the gorgeous beach views.

Damon shares three daughters and one stepdaughter with his wife, Luciana Barroso. The pair met in 2003.

She was a bartender, and he was filming the comedy Stuck on You. They’ve been together ever since.

Chris Hemsworth and Matt Damon spotted at Sydney airport

Damon has been hanging out in Australia once again with his best friend Chris Hemsworth, and he has even spent some time in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

The 53-year-old was swanning around the east doing all the usual activities.

He went to Bondi Junction which undoubtedly got his steps up with Kmart on one side of the shopping centre and Cotton On on the other.

He also dined out with Chris Hemsworth at the dining hotspot Totties in Bondi.

Now Damon’s jetted off to Byron for some rest and relaxation and presumably to spend more time with Hemsworth.

Damon does very much get into Aussie life and has been seen at random events such as Derby Day or the Royal Queensland Show.

Damon recently told news.com.au that the very sweet reason he loves Australia is that it has nothing to do with Thor.

After the death of his beloved dad Kent Damon, who lost a lengthy battle with cancer aged 75 in December 2017, Damon and his brood came down to Australia for four months and “camped all over the place.”

“I think because maybe he had never been, and it just felt like a place to go to make memories with my kids,” he said

The holiday kicked off a tradition for the family.

“Then, every year, we would return, even back during the pandemic. We were down there for about six months, and it’s just like a second home to us. We just love it and we love the people and everything about it,” he explained.
