The Bachelor star Simone gives birth to baby girl

The Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise star Simone Ormesher has announced the birth of her baby girl, and her name is absolutely adorable.

Former The Bachelor contestant Simone Ormesher has announced the birth of her first child, a baby girl.

The 27-year-old reality star, who appeared on Matty Johnson’s season in 2017 as well as Bachelor in Paradise, yesterday welcomed Gracie-Mae into the world with her partner, Matt Thorne.

She announced the exciting news on her Instagram page, while also opening up about complications with her baby.

“After a few complications with baby’s breathing, she was admitted to NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) where she is being looked after but is doing so well and will hopefully be home with us in a couple of days,” she wrote.

“We could not have asked for a more stronger, amazing baby girl. We are so in love.”

Simone’s boyfriend also shared his excitement, posting a photo with the caption: “Welcome Gracie Mae. Words can not describe the emotions and feelings I have for these two girls. After a big scare last night after birth where Gracie Mae is recovering well now to finally hold our baby girl is the most surreal and special feeling you will ever get. So Proud of you both and love you with everything I have.”

Simone went into labour on Wednesday.

The new mum didn’t have the most wholesome start to fame. It was revealed during the show that she had previously worked as a topless waitress after photos emerged of her in lingerie at a buck’s party.

She had a romantic relationship with former The Bachelorette star Apollo Jackson on Bachelor in Paradise that quickly fizzled out.
