Stanley Tucci and Felicity Blunt are expecting their first child together.

STANLEY Tucci, best known for his roles in The Hunger Games franchise and The Devil Wears Prada, is expecting his first child with wife, Felicity Blunt (Emily Blunt’s sister).

Tucci confirmed the news to Us Weekly at an event in New York over the weekend. “I’m very excited to be a dad. It’s incredible,” Tucci said. “I’m most excited to have a baby with Felicity and for the baby to be healthy.”

“The sex is of no concern to me,” he added, wryly. “The sex of the baby, that is.”

Asked what kind of mum Blunt will be, Tucci gushed, “A great one!”

Tucci was first introduced to the London-based literary agent in 2006 while he was filming The Devil Wears Prada with Emily Blunt.

In August 2012 he revealed in an interview that the couple had secretly married. The following month they had a second ceremony in London, which was attended by Emily Blunt and her husband, John Krasinski, Meryl Streep, Steve Buscemi, Colin Firth and Ewan McGregor.

The baby will be the first for Blunt, while Tucci has three children with his late wife, Kate, who died from breast cancer in 2009.
