Robbie Williams and wife Ayda Field announce name of newborn son

THE singer announced the name by posting a funny video on his official YouTube account that showed his wife pushing him out of the hospital in a wheelchair with his son in his lap.

ROBBIE Williams has announced the name of his newborn son.

Williams’ wife Ayda Field gave birth to Charlton Valentine Williams earlier in the week, a brother to their two-year-old daughter Theodora ‘Teddy’ Rose Williams.

The singer announced the name on Twitter alongside a video that showed his wife pushing him out of the hospital in a wheelchair with his son in his lap.

It comes after Williams kept fans updated by live tweeting and posting videos throughout his wife labour before heaping praise on his “astonishing” wife.

“I’ve never been more in love” he added, “and I’ve never been more proud of my wife. She’s been absolutely astonishing.

“The universe has presented itself to us again and it’s been a very emotional, amazing few hours and we’re really happy and honoured that you experienced the journey with us.”
