Lara Bingle has been snapped holding her stomach while walking into a medical clinic in New York City on Monday.

The 27-year-old was accompanied by boyfriend Sam Worthington, who looked protective as he escorted Bingle inside while surrounded by photographers.

A change from her usual all-black, the Aussie model stepped out of the car wearing a cream, layered skirt that concealed her tummy and a high-neck top.

Adding to the speculation is news the model commented on friend and new mum Elyse Taylor’s comp card - showing her modelling statistics - saying: “Good [God] help me”, to which Taylor responded: “I have everything ready for you xxx”.

It is her first public comments on the topic and widely believed to be a confirmation she is pregnant.

That follows widespread rumours Bingle is expecting a baby with her 38-year-old actor beau.

According to the latest WHO magazine — a self-anointed “credible” source when it comes to celebrity goss — a handful of friends and sources have confirmed a Bingle/Worthington baby.

“Lara is just over three months’ pregnant,” a close pal of the couple tells WHO.

If Bingle is not pregnant, she certainly isn’t doing too much to dispel the rumours that have been swirling for the last few months.

After the doctor's visit, Worthington stayed close to Bingle.

The social media-loving star has refrained from posting her usual bikini pics on Instagram of late, instead sharing plenty of scenery snaps and posing with her back to the camera.

WHO magazine’s latest cover of the pregnancy is a total fait accompli with Bingle and Worthington looking to be first-time parents in March.

“She’s 3 Months Pregnant”, “Lara & Sam’s Baby Joy!”, “The star couple are so excited”, reads the mag cover.

WHO knows, apparently.

While the couple, who have been dating since last September, is yet to officially confirm a Bingle bundle, a slew of unnamed sources can’t possibly be wrong, right?

“Initially she had a bit of morning sickness, but that’s all over. She feels and looks amazing,” the close pal adds.

“We’ve known for a few weeks now, and everyone’s really excited for them.”

Even Bingle’s mum, Sharon has been quoted by the WHO source, saying she is “so happy and excited,” and “Lara’s the happiest she’s ever been.”

Rumours have been swirling for months of a possible Lara/Sam pregnancy — almost as soon as the pair started seeing each other. But, as we know, once you wear ONE figure-hugging black dress with no shapewear and your breasts look, well, larger than usual. Baam! Apparently, you’re up the duff.

The couple is also yet to address whether they’ve tied the knot in secret, despite the now infamous run-in with a paparazzo and the simple bands they’ve been sporting on their wedding fingers.
