SHE might be nearly six months pregnant, but that doesn’t mean Kim Kardashian is slacking off with her fitness routine.

The 34-year-old reality TV star made time to work out with her famous family while on their annual vacation in St Barts this week. Her growing baby bump was on display as she took a dip in the ocean afterwards to cool off.

Kim kept her shades on as she swum with her sisters in St. Barts.

Joined by sisters Kourtney and Khloe, and mother Kris, the foursome went for a mountain hike, followed by some exercises with a personal trainer at the top of the cliff.

The ladies then hit the water in their black matching exercise gear, with Kim stripping off to her sports bra.

The family’s trip to the Caribbean island is being filmed for their reality series Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Little sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner are also in St. Barts but decided not to take part in the workout.

Kim and husband Kanye West are due to welcome their second child in December.
