Joy for Princess Kate’s brother James Middleton as he and wife Alizee Thevenet welcome their first baby

Princess Kate’s parents Carole and Michael Middleton have welcomed their seventh grandchild.

In huge family news for Princess Kate, her brother James Middleton has welcomed his first child with wife Alizee Thevenet.

Kate already has two nieces and one nephew, Arthur, five, Grace, two and Rose one, who are her sister Pippa’s children.

It is not known when James’s baby was born but he and Alizee were spotted pushing their newborn around London on Tuesday, the Daily Mail reports.

James posted a sweet picture of Alizee showing off her baby bump on September 12 with the caption: “The best is yet to come.”

The new arrival is the seventh grandchild of Carole and Michael Middleton.

Princess Kate has three children herself, George, 10, Charlotte, 8, and Louis, 5, but has never openly ruled out a fourth child.

However during an engagement at a baby clothes bank earlier this year she appeared to laugh off any suggestion she would get pregnant again.

Visting The Baby Bank, in Maidenhead, south east England, the Princess of Wales said “I’ve been there and done that” when discussing baby clothes.
