Chyna and Kardashian have finally agreed who gets custody of Dream
AFTER a high profile custody battle the stars have finally come to a conclusion on who gets custody of their baby daughter Dream.
BLAC Chyna and Rob Kardashian will share joint custody of their baby daughter Dream, Page Six confirmed Friday.
The “Rob & Chyna” stars had also been scheduled to appear in court Monday for a hearing regarding Chyna’s domestic violence restraining order against her ex, but the hearing has been cancelled, reports the New York Post.
“Rob and Chyna working together put the best interest of their child first and have amicably resolved their personal matters,” Kardashian’s lawyer, Robert Shapiro, told Page Six.
Chyna’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, told Page Six that Kardashian “peacefully agreed” to co-parent with Chyna.
Bloom also said that while the hearing scheduled for Monday has been removed from the calendar because “Rob agreed to stay away from Chyna and not contact her,” Chyna “will always have the right to go back into court if further incidents of domestic abuse occur.”
Bloom noted that Kardashian and Chyna’s agreement “does not resolve all disputes” between them, which began when he posted revenge porn of Chyna in July.
This comes after the Department of Children and Family Services in LA County expressed concern about the welfare of Kardashian and Chyna’s child and took the matter to court.
TMZ reports child welfare officials raised the issue with L.A. County Dependency Court and asked for a judge to determine if 10-month-old Dream Kardashian is “safe”.
Sources close to the ordeal told the outlet the department began its investigation following reports of Chyna’s alleged drug use.
