CELEBRITY chef and My Kitchen Rules judge Manu Feildel has announced his fiancee Clarissa Weerasena is pregnant.

And the little bun in the oven is a girl due early next year, the overjoyed culinary whiz confirmed in a post on Facebook this afternoon.

“I’m excited to be able to share this brilliant news with you all, my fiancee Clarissa and I are expecting a little girl in the new year!” Manu said.

“We are both over the moon and can’t wait to meet our daughter!”

The post quickly attracted hundreds of comments from the TV personality’s fans, while celebrity well-wishes from fellow high-profile chefs George Calombaris and Colin Fassnidge also rolled in.

The baby is child number two for French-born Manu, who has a son from a previous relationship.

He and Clarissa became engaged in November last year.

The most recent season of My Kitchen Rules, which he co-hosts and judges with Pete Evans, has been one of the most popular shows on Australian television this year.
