The Gossip Girl actress announced the news somewhat cryptically on her website, Preserve.
The 27-year-old published an array of pictures of happily pregnant ladies for the launch of “Preserve Celebration of Family” — including a snap of herself.
The photo, taken by her brother Eric Lively, shows the model posing in the twilight and holding her small baby bump.
Lively has spoken frequently about wanting to start a family since marrying Reynolds, 37, in September 2012.
“I gotta get started,” she told Marie Claire last month. “If I could spit out a litter of kids, I would.”
