Bec Judd labelled a ‘bogan’ for yelling at her kids’ sporting games

Rebecca Judd has been teased on air for her overly competitive sideline display at her kids’ sporting games.

Bec Judd's 'bogan' kid's sport display

Bec Judd has admitted to putting on a raucous sideline display when it comes to spectating her kids’ sporting games.

The WAG and radio host opened up about being an overly competitive parent on KIIS FM this week, prompting co-host Katie ‘Monty’ Dimond to call her out for being a “bogan” Brighton mum.

Bec, who is married to AFL star Chris Judd, told listeners of Monday’s 3pm Pick-Up that she can’t help but passionately encourage her children at their various sporting events.

She added that it was the same way when watching her husband’s footy games.

The Judds have four children, son Oscar, 9, daughter Billie, 6, and twin boys Tom and Darcy, 4.

“I’m the most competitive mum. This is the thing, right, I cannot stay quiet,” Rebecca admitted.

“Whether it’s my son playing cricket and he hits a good one, or (if) he’s going to get run out, ‘Run, Oscar! Run!’ I just, I can’t keep it in.”

“It’s the same when Juddy (Chris) was playing football. I would yell the whole game,” she said.

Rebecca went on to air audio from a recent Little Athletics event in Melbourne, in which her daughter, Billie, was competing.

She could be heard aggressively shouting: “Go, Billie! Go, Billie! Go, Billie! Keep running. Go, Billie! Faster! Go!”

Her co-host Katie ‘Monty’ Dimond was quick to tease the Instagram influencer about what the other parents must have thought about the passionate display.

Impersonating a ‘horrified Brighton mum’, she mocked: “Where is that bogan? Oh, my god. Is that Rebecca Judd?”

The glamorous Melbourne mum is often sharing her ‘parenting fails’ with listeners to the program.

In December last year, she revealed she sent her twin sons to their kindergarten orientation day with a nanny so she could host her extravagant house-warming party, dubbed “Judchella” on Instagram.

She revealed she only realised she had double booked a couple of days before the orientation.

It’s been a big year for Judd, who has courted controversy on a few occasions during the pandemic, recently sharing a series of posts slamming Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews during the state’s second wave lockdown.

In September, the model earned the ire of Instagram followers comparing her to “Karen from Brighton” for complaining about Melbourne’s strict lockdown measures.

“It seems Dictator Dan will be locking Victorians in our homes even longer,” she captioned the video showcasing a cubby house from The Little Cardboard Co.

The 37-year-old swiftly removed the post, but it was quick to attract criticism from Melburnians labelling her “tone deaf” for complaining despite her luxurious lifestyle.

The Judd family spent lockdown in their sprawling, Spanish-inspired home which the couple have renovated extensively.

It comes complete with a gym, a pool, in-house bar and tennis court.
