Arpad Busson sues Uma Thurman for custody of daughter Luna

ACTOR Uma Thurman is being sued by ex-fiance Arpad Busson, who is seeking custody of their two-year-old daughter, Luna.

ACTOR Uma Thurman is reportedly being sued by ex-fiance Arpad Busson, who is seeking custody of their two-year-old daughter, Luna.

The actor was in an on and off relationship with the French financier (and Elle Macpherson ex) since 2007, but the couple broke off their engagement in April.

According to the New York Daily News, Busson filed the action in Manhattan Supreme Court but details about the proceeding were not immediately clear.

In July 2012, the former couple became parents to daughter Rosalind Arusha Arkadina Altalune Florence Thurman-Busson (known as Luna).

Thurman started dating Busson two years after her divorce from actor Ethan Hawke. Thurman has two children with Hawke — 16-year-old daughter, Maya, and 12-year-old son, Levon.

Busson has a 16-year-old son Flynn and 11-year-old son Aurelius from a previous relationship with Macpherson.
