South Korean actress Park Soo Ryun, star of hit Disney+ series Snowdrop, has died following a tragic accident over the weekend.

South Korean actress Park Soo Ryun, star of the K-drama Disney+ series Snowdrop,has died. She was 29.

Ryun slipped down a flight of stairs on Sunday at a property on Jeju Island, South Korea’s largest island, where she was scheduled to perform, according to the Mirror.

The actress was reportedly taken to the hospital for emergency treatment and was pronounced brain dead by medics after attempts to revive her failed.

The Post has contacted Disney+ spokespeople for comment. A rep for Ryun could not be immediately reached by The Post.

Ryun’s family has decided to donate her organs, K-pop website Soompi reported.

Her mother told South Korean media: “Only her brain is unconscious, and her heart is still beating. There must be someone who desperately needs [organs].

“As her mother and father, we will be able to live comforted [by the thought that her heart] has gone to someone and is beating.”

Ryun rose to fame in 2018 with the musical Il Tenore.

She made her TV acting debut in 2021’s Snowdrop alongside Blackpink singer Jisoo.

Fellow Snowdrop star Kim Mi-soo also died unexpectedly at age 29 last year.
