This troubled TV star has gone under the knife yet again, this time undergoing couple’s plastic surgery with her boyfriend in Turkey.

Katie Price’s face looked painfully swollen on a shopping trip with bandaged-up boyfriend Kris Boyson.

The troubled former glamour model treated herself to a spot of retail therapy following her and her boyfriend’s recent surgery in Turkey.

The 41-year-old was pictured looking fragile, her eyes barely opened, after one of many cosmetic procedures the star has undergone.

Katie wore a grey tracksuit and fluffy pink slides, her long blonde hair down to mask the scars around her face and ears following the invasive procedure.

The mum-of-five formerly known as Jordan — who has Harvey, Junior, Princess, Jett and Bunny — was joined by her personal trainer partner for the day out.

Kris, stepping out with a bandaged face himself, showed off the aftermath of his recent nose job.

Katie and Kris went under the knife earlier this month and had been recovering at home before their latest shopping trip.

Just last week the reality TV veteran had been left barely able to open her eyes following cosmetic work, and had feared she had gone too far.

During her recent trip to Comfort Zone Surgery Clinic in Istanbul, Katie not only underwent the face and eye lift, but also had her boobs reduced to a D-Cup, as well as her bum lift reversed, after having the procedure completed in April.

A source close to the star told new! magazine Katie is already doubting her decision to go under the knife again after being left in agony.

Insiders close to Katie have also revealed her kids were left upset and worried over their mum’s appearance — and have no idea what’s happened to her.

The surgery-loving star is estimated to have spent close to $AU910,000 on cosmetic surgery over the years, The Sun reported last year.

The eye-watering figure was revealed after the ex-wife of singer Peter Andre narrowly avoided bankruptcy in a High Court hearing in December.

She was once believed to be worth close to $AU73 million.

Despite venturing out to the shops with a bandaged face this week, her partner Kris gave his fans a closer look of his new chiselled nose on his Instagram account.

In the snap, Kris can be seen posing on the bonnet of a red and black Mercedes with his top off, wearing black denim shorts and black trainers. He wrote: “Bank Holidays done, back to the gym. Let’s do it!”

Kris — who was previously anti surgery — went under the knife earlier this month after he was offered an operation in Istanbul, which he has claimed was for medical reasons.
