Bizarre scenes have played out on social media today as Britney Spears’ first husband broke into her house and wedding venue on her wedding day - and live streamed his actions to horrified fans.

Jason Alexander, who was briefly married to Britney in 2004 after a spur-of-the-moment Las Vegas ceremony, trespassed on her property today and managed to make it inside her house, where he livestreamed to dozens of worried fans.

“Someone phone the cops already,” wrote one follower who tuned in to the livestream.

“I’m so scared,” said another.

Alexander could be heard arguing with a member of staff who repeatedly ordered him to leave. “Don’t put your hands on me - where’s Britney?” Alexander asked.

Eventually, Alexander made his way into the venue set up for Spears’ wedding to fiance Sam Asghari, due to happen today.

Alexander was eventually apprehended by police, and was photographed being tackled on the ground by a law enforcement officer.

It’s been confirmed the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department responded to a trespassing call at Spears’ house.

Jason Alexander has been handcuffed, taken into custody and arrested. I express my thanks to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department for their prompt response and good work,” Spears’ attorney, Mathew Rosengart, tells Page Six exclusively.

“I’m working closely with law enforcement to ensure Mr. Alexander is aggressively prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” the former federal prosecutor adds.

Alexander’s history of lurking outside family homes

Alexander was a former childhood friend of Spears’ when he and the pop star wed during a wild weekend in Las Vegas back in 2004. They called it quits just 55 hours later.

Though Alexander expressed public support for Spears throughout her controversial conservatorship battle — and notably attended several #FreeBritney rallies — he has an alarming history of lurking outside homes of the singer’s family.

Spears’ relatives were “disturbed” after learning that Alexander visited their homes unannounced in January, a source exclusively told Page Six at the time.

“They think it’s incredibly inappropriate and downright weird,” the source told us.

“It’s bad enough that the family has to deal with fans getting too close for comfort, but they’d like to think they can expect more from Jason, who claims to still have so much love and respect for Britney,” the source added.

Alexander showed up to Britney’s mother Lynne Spears’ Serenity estate in Kentwood, La., and posted two videos and a photo of the exterior to his private Instagram account.

“Daddy Spears hiding behind gates @britneyspears,” he captioned one post, referencing Britney’s estranged father and former conservator, Jamie Spears, who has been divorced from Lynne, 66, since 2002 and now lives in a motor home close to Serenity.

At the time, Alexander revealed plans to visit Britney’s childhood home, which Jamie, 69, sold for $275,000 in February 2021, as well as the camper that Britney’s uncle Willie Spears lives in. It remains unclear if he ever did.

Alexander has previously been arrested for violating an order of protection and stalking an unidentified woman in December 2021. He pleaded guilty to the charges on Jan. 4 and was ordered to serve nearly a year of probation.

It marked Alexander’s third arrest in 13 months. He had been taken into police custody for driving under the influence in January 2021 and breaking security protocols at an airport in August.

Britney’s wedding day

The shocking home invasion comes as Britney Spears and her fiance, Sam Asghari, are reportedly set to tie the knot in a matter of hours.

The pair will marry in an intimate ceremony surrounded by about 100 people made up of friends and family, according to a new report from TMZ.

The outlet reported Spears’ brother, Bryan, will be in attendance, but her parents and sister Jamie Lynn didn’t receive invitations after their fallout over her conservatorship battle.

Sources told TMZ that it’s not yet known who will walk the pop star, 40, down the aisle, as details are still being worked out.

Page Six also reports that Britney’s two sons with ex Kevin Federline, Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, will not be in attendance.

The boys are not going to be in attendance at the wedding,” Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan told Page Six.

“They think the focus of this day should be on Britney and Sam, and they are very happy for her moving forward.”

Ahead of the nuptials, Spears shared video of her and Asghari, 28, riding in a Rolls-Royce where she showed off what appeared to be a bridal-themed manicure and glasses of Champagne, Page Six reports.

In November, Spears revealed that Donatella Versace would be designing her wedding dress.

The personal trainer proposed to the “Crossroads” star at her house in September after dating for about five years.

Spears and Asghari were first romantically linked after they met on the set of the singer’s “Slumber Party” music video in 2016.

They took nearly “five months” to reconnect after her video shoot, Spears said in a radio interview in 2017.

“I was like, ‘He was really cute, this guy was really cute,’ so I called him,” Spears recalled about digging up his phone number. “He’s just a really fun, funny person.”

“It was the humbleness that attracted me,” he said in a GQ interview in June.

“She was very humble and she had a beautiful soul.”

Despite riding high on luxe vacations recently, the pair experienced a loss when Spears announced she had suffered a miscarriage.

“It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that we have lost our miracle baby early in the pregnancy,” the statement read. “This is a devastating time for any parent.”
