Disgraced actor Armie Hammer ‘does not have the income’ to pay his ex-wife any more than a very modest amount of child support.

Armie Hammer will pay his ex-wife, Elizabeth Chambers, just $US1,500 per month in child support for their two kids.

In the judgment finalising the former couple’s divorce, obtained by Page Six, the disgraced Social Network star agreed to fork over the small amount because he “does not have the income” to pay more.

The court documents also note that the $1,500 was a compromise reached by Hammer and Chambers.

Every six months, however, they will each have to submit current financial statements that could give either party the right to request a reassessment on child support payments.

They also agreed to waive spousal support.

Chambers, 40, and Hammer, 36, will share joint legal and physical custody of their children: daughter Harper, 8, and son Ford, 6.

Although Chambers has been living in the Cayman Islands since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, the documents note that both she and the Call Me by Your Name star will move back to Los Angeles this summer.

Unfortunately for the kids, both Hammer and Chambers put it in writing that it is not in Harper and Ford’s “best interests” to have candy “consistently” while in their care, so both parents agreed not to give them any sweet treats.

The judgment also reveals that at one point Hammer’s mother loaned Chambers $US285,000 for her bakery business, but she is freed from any obligation to pay it back.

Chambers filed for divorce on July 10, 2020, after a decade of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the cause of the split.

Not longer after, Hammer found himself embroiled in a sexual abuse scandal that included allegations of rape and cannibalism.

The Los Angeles District Attorney declined to prosecute the actor over an alleged rape after finding “insufficient evidence” to charge him with a crime.

After going to rehab, Hammer has been living a quiet life as a sober coach in LA, though he recently resurfaced in Rome, where he was seen kissing his dental hygienist girlfriend, Lisa Perejma.
