Kourtney Kardashian has opened up about life in the spotlight while posing in her most revealing magazine photo shoot yet.

The 39-year-old appears to have taken inspiration from sister Kim’s racy magazine spreads, posing completely naked in the latest issue of GQ Mexico.

On the cover, Kourtney poses in a ribbed leotard while other photos inside the magazine show the reality TV star in lingerie.

Kourtney, who shares three children with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick, told GQ she has previously “felt power” from posing naked and “wanted to transmit it to women”.

“I am very comfortable in my own skin and I think it is important to expose positive images of our body,” Kourtney said, according to E! News.

While Kourtney has been appearing on Keeping Up With the Kardashians for over a decade, she admitted to struggling at times with the negative comments that come with being in the spotlight.

“I have to constantly practice self-confidence and remind myself that negative comments come from people who do not really know me or are in my situation,” Kourtney said.

Looks like Kourtney would have had to practice self confidence earlier this week when she was accused of being a bad mum to three-year-old son Reign.

After posting a photo to Instagram of her poolside on her laptop while Reign stood next to her after getting out of the water, commenters accused Kourtney of ignoring her son — yes, really.

“Your child is f***ing cold, take care of the kid,” one person wrote, while another added: “Give that kid a towel!”
