The 46-year-old has appeared on the cover of Monopol Magazine, dressed as a bearded homeless man for Julian Rosefeldt’s Manifesto.

Blanchett’s striking image has been used at the Australian Centre for the Moving Image.

In the installation, the Aussie actress performs manifestos in a series of confronting monologues.

Blanchett and husband Andrew Upton made other headlines in September after they sold their Hunters Hill home for about $20 million, securing a record for the highest price paid for a property in the suburb.

The historic property ‘Bulwarra’, which underwent an $8 million renovation, sold within three weeks of hitting the market.
