KEIRA Knightley has taken on one of the most memorable Hollywood scenes of all time and the result is enough to induce fantasies for a long time to come.

The Academy Awards are right around the corner and looking at the list of nominees there is a sizeable British contingent. In light of that, Vanity Fair decided to release an all-UK edition of the magazine’s annual Hollywood portfolio.

The photographer assigned to the shoot, Jason Bell, took things one step further a created three mini short films about the “British invasion” of Hollywood in the style of an old wartime newsreel.

Keira Knightley has been nominated for the best supporting actress award for her role in The Imitation Game.

Best actress nominee Felicity Jones and Tom Hiddleston feature as Bonnie & Clyde while Ruth Wilson and Damien Lewis replicate the 1944 film, To Have And Have Not.

But the show-stopper was undeniably Keira Knightley’s re-enactment of that famous When Harry Met Sallyscene in which Meg Ryan educates Billy Crystal on the deceptive powers of women.
