Samuel Johnson reveals why he won’t have children of his own

GOLD Logie winner Samuel Johnson has opened up about why he won’t be having any children of his own.

THE man of the moment and all-round Aussie legend Samuel Johnson has given a raw insight into his personal life and why having his own children is not on the cards.

Speaking to TV WEEK, Johnson said the children who are first and foremost his priority are his sister Connie’s children Willoughby, 10, and Hamilton, nine.

Just this month Connie Johnson who has had a seven-year battle with breast cancer, called a halt to treatment.

Sam and Connie set up the Love Your Sister charity and Sam quit acting and rode around Australia to raise funds for breast cancer research.

“I’ve had kids in my life my whole life,” he says. “I don’t really need to squeeze my own out to have them” Sam told TV Week.

“Connie’s got some pretty important jobs for me when it comes to her kids once she’s gone,” he says. “I’ve got to make sure I get everything right.”
