Emmy Awards 2016: Veep star Anna Chlumsky slammed for her ‘unflattering’ Emmys frock

Veep star Anna Chlumsky has left viewers confused over her “unflattering” outfit at the Emmys.

The frock, which has an off-the-shoulder princess-style neckline, paired with a mini-dress hemline and cape at the back, was an interesting choice for her post-pregnancy.

The Emmy nominee made her return to the red carpet today after giving birth to her second child, baby girl, Clara, in July.

Chlumsky and husband, Shaun So, have a three year old daughter, Penelope.

The 35-year-old teamed the dusty pink and lilac dress with chandelier earrings and her hair pulled back into an elegant updo, teamed with a box-shaped clutch and pointed silver stilettos.

She was nominated for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy for her standout role as Amy Bookheimer in Veep (she lost to Kate McKinnon from Saturday Night Live).

But Emmy viewers didn’t seem impressed by Chlumsky’s red carpet style.
