Best and worst dressed celebs at the Billboard Music Awards

HERE are the best, worst and weirdest on the Billboard Music Awards red carpet - including Christina Aguilera’s supersized new lips.

THIS year’s Billboard Music Awards will see performances from host Kelly Clarkson, Dua Lipa, Ariana Grande — and the first televised performance from music icon Janet Jackson in nine long years.

Celebrities walked the red carpet at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas — take a look at some of the best, worst and most memorable looks below.
