Asher Keddie reveals pregnancy at GQ Men of the Year Awards 2014
OFFSPRING star Asher Keddie has been hiding some huge news, and at the GQ Awards in Sydney last night she finally let it slip.
THE A-list have flocked to the annual GQ Men of the Year Awards in Sydney and fans awaited eagerly for the man of the hour, Hollywood hottie Dave Franco to show.
But the big news came from Offspring star Asher Keddie, who revealed she is pregnant with her first baby.

The 40-year-old actress and her artist husband Vincent Fantauzzo arrived together, holding hands as they made their way along the GQ carpet, but no one could take their eyes off her baby bump, clearly visible in her black fitted, cut-out gown.
Keddie told news.com.au: “We’re thrilled. We’re really excited and can’t wait ... I just feel good now.
“I’m not big on cravings but anything dairy for some reason. I want lots of cheese and lots of pistachios,” she added of her pregnancy diet.
Fantauzzo, who already has four-year-old son Luca, joked: “I’ve had to do a few midnight runs.”
It’s little surprise the private pair opted not to reveal the pregnancy until now, they married in a secret barefoot ceremony in Fiji back in April and don’t often step out in the spotlight together.
“We’re just so focused on this at the moment that I don’t know what the future holds for me other than what we’re doing at the moment and celebrating it,” the Gold Logie winner said.
Having spent most of 2013 wearing a prosthetic belly playing Offspring’s pregnant Nina Proudman, the stunning actress said: “I can’t take this one off at the end of the day but I don’t want to.”
Keddie started dating the Archibald Prize People’s Choice winner back in 2012, after she and her husband of five years, Jay Bowden, divorced.
An emotional Keddie said in her Logies speech last year: “As if life couldn’t get any sweeter thanks to the two guys in my life — Vincent and Luca … oh how lucky I am.”
Bad Neighbours actor Franco, 29, didn’t disappoint either, looking super sharp in a tux and chatting all things Hollywood and style with the media. The hunk had a bit of fun with news.com.au, revealing who he’d “turn for”. His response? “Jared Leto is a pretty dude. He’s beautiful.”
He also revealed the manliest thing he’s ever done: “Eating an eight-by-eight burger at In-N-Out Burger.”
After a tumultuous day in politics, mining magnate-turned-politician Clive Palmer was a no-show, despite having already RSVP’d to the event.

Aussie swimming champ Ian Thorpe was the last celebrity to hit the GQ carpet, telling news.com.au exclusively that he is currently single and “was never dating” Ricky Martin, shutting down recent reports that the pair were an item. In fact, he revealed he had “never even met” the Latin crooner in person when the rumours surfaced.
A horde of other A-listers rocked up to the exclusive event held at the Ivy Ballroom in Sydney’s CBD, including actors Brenton Thwaites and Jason Clarke, models Jarrod Scott, Zac and Jordan Stenmark, and former Olympian Michael Klim with his gorgeous wife Lindy Klim.
Nova radio duo Fitzy and Wippa were in fine form, with Fitzy sporting a mean-looking handlebar moustache for Movember — which he admitted his wife hates.
Comedy duo Christiaan van Vuuren and Nick Boshier donned their hipster best while former Offspring heart-throb Don Hany was looking handsome as ever.
Joining them were celebrity chefs Matt Moran and Colin Fassnidge, David Jones ambassador and TV host Jason Dundas, along with models Shanina Shaik, Rachael Finch and Nicole Trunfio, who was displaying her impressive baby bump in a full length, black fitted number.
