All the best looks on the 2023 ARIAs red carpet
Sheer, backless, bum-revealing: Stars brought the wild fashions for the red carpet at today’s ARIA Awards in Sydney.
Some of Aussie music’s biggest stars have hit the red carpet for this year’s ARIAs, taking place at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion this evening.
Troye Sivan, G Flip and The DMA’s are among the winners at tonight’s ceremony, with pop superstar Taylor Swift recording a special message to her Aussie fans as she picked up the International Artist award.
And one of the very first celebs to arrive before the ceremony was also one of the most notable - red carpet reporter Christian Wilkins, turning heads in a daring nude-look dress:
Aussie music icon Kate Ceberano’s outfit is fashionable - and sustainable. She told news.com.au reporter Georgia Clelland on the red carpet that the embellishments were made from various old outfits she’d worn during performances and red carpets from throughout her career.
“Can you believe it? I made this outfit out of all my previous ARIAs gowns, but I just embroided all the bits on it,” she revealed.
Hot couple alert! It’s sex therapist Chantelle Otten and her tennis player beau Dylan Alcott:
Triple celeb sighting: ARIAs hosts Tommy Little and Brooke Boney chat to homegrown pop hero Troye Sivan.

DMA’s, G Flip, Genesis Owusu, Matt Corby and The Teskey Brothers are the five artists up for the night’s biggest award, the coveted Album of the Year gong.
Elsewhere, the ARIAs have recognised Kylie Minogue’s current career renaissance – propelled by the viral hit Padam Padam – nominating her for Best Solo Artist, Best Pop Release, Best Indepedent Release and Song of the Year.
Early noughties rockers Jet will be inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame this year, a somewhat surprising inclusion given their relatively small output: Just three studio albums, released between 2003 and 2009.
Stay tune to news.com.au this evening as we bring you all the highlights (and lowlights) from the ARIAs ceremony.
