What is OZSALE’s return policy?

OZSALE accepts most ‘change of mind’ returns in exchange for store credit as long as it is returned within 14 days of dispatch and in perfect, resellable condition with original packaging. Store credit is valid for six months from the date of issue and is not transferrable for cash.

Products that cannot be accepted as returns due to hygiene include: intimate apparel, swimwear, earrings, and health and beauty products.
