HOW TO SHOP AMAZON PRIME DAY IN AUSTRALIA

Amazon Prime Day is first and foremost a members event, which means you’ll need to be an Amazon Prime member to make the most of the deals. Right now, Amazon is offering a 30-day free trial for new members, so it’s worth creating an account before the sales begin.

In addition to granting you access to the sales, a Prime membership will also get you fast and free delivery on eligible Amazon purchases, access to Prime Video, access to two million ad-free songs through Amazon Music, access to thousands of e-books through Prime Reading and free games and in-game loot.

Despite its name, Amazon Prime Day is actually a multi-day event and includes both local and international deals – all of which are available to Aussie shoppers. While the international deals are often bigger than the Australian deals, more shoppers will be vying for these offers, so you’ll have less time to make the most of them.

Regardless of whether you choose to shop locally or internationally, we recommend getting in early once the sales start, as the best deals are often quick to sell out.
