As part of Amazon Prime Day, the online retailer just released a Lightning Deal offering a rare discount on the Apple AirPods Pros. The good news? They were reduced to $299, from $399. The bad news? They sold out within half an hour of being on sale.

Running for the third time in Australia, Amazon Prime Day is a prolific shopping event held by the global retailer where huge markdowns on technology, fashion, beauty, home appliances, food, drink and more are commonplace. Amazon Prime Day commenced at 12am AEDT on Tuesday, October 13 and will finish at 11:59pm AEDT on Wednesday, October 14. Worried you’ll miss out?
