This Mother’s Day is extra meaningful for me as I prepare to give birth to my first child in just a few weeks’ time.
Pregnancy is special but also incredibly tough at times — hello, morning sickness — so I definitely have a new-found appreciation for my mum, especially as I’m about to birth a watermelon-sized newborn.

While it is on the pricier side, my mum claims the Divine Cream is one of the few products that has visibly improved her skin in her 60s, making the eye cream a product I’m happy to splurge on.”

I have thick, coarse and stubborn straight hair and immediately fell in love with the hair dryer after trying it myself. I love how it’s so quiet and lightweight, and doesn’t get super hot to use. The magnetic attachments are a bonus.
I know the Airwrap has been getting all the attention lately, but honestly this Dyson dryer is just as great. Plus, it’s way more affordable.”

“I really wish I could tell you Oribe was one of those expensive brands that wasn’t worth the money, however, it’s actually one of the few haircare lines that is so worth forking out on. My hairdresser put me onto their Bright Blonde range and it’s hands-down the best shampoo-conditioner for blonde hair. It’s gentle enough on your colour to use as your regular shampoo-conditioner, doesn’t weigh your hair down and smells incredible. I’ve run out and desperately need a top-up, so if my fiance is looking for some gift inspo (hint, hint) for my first Mother’s Day, consider this a sign.”
