COULD you even call this a dress?

The super svelte 27-year-old stepped out with her boyfriend Gary Clark Jr. to the Grammys followed by an after party in West Hollywood.
And she certainly turned a few heads in the see-through number, which looked more like something you'd wear to the beach than a red carpet.
Trunfio paired the lingerie-exposing outfit with a feathered black jacket, gold heels and leather clutch.
The 29-year-old's boyfriend, guitarist Gary Clark Jr., was nominated for two awards on Sunday, including Best Rock Song for Ain't Messin 'Round and Best Traditional R & B Performance for Please Come Home. He won his first Grammy for the latter.
Trunfio later tweeted to congratulate her man:
cloud nine. Congrats @garyclarkjr on your first Grammy. Here's to many more http://t.co/aWPsZCiVI6

She also uploaded this picture of the pair on Instagram, alongside the caption: "So proud of my baby. 1 down..... More to come @garyclarkjr #pleasecomehome #bestr & bsong #Grammys".
A mutual friend introduced the pair in 2011 and they've been dating ever since.
"We were both very resistant at first," said Trunfio, "we never thought it would last but it has worked out for the best."
Earlier in the evening, Trunfio shimmered in silver gown with a sexy keyhole neckline and bell sleeves and was universally praised by critics for her glamorous choice.
