A large police incident is underway in Melbourne’s southeast after a man started behaving erratically and barricaded himself inside a suburban home.
Witnesses are reporting a significant number of police in Heyington Circle in Narre Warren, with armoured Critical Incident Response Team officers at the scene.
Paramedics are on standby, and the Herald Sun understands the incident is mental health-related.

It is believed no one else is inside the premises and no one has been injured.

The scene is close to Westfield Fountain Gate shopping centre.
