Footage of multiple maskless youths brawling in St Kilda on Tuesday has emerged on social media.
The incident shows the group of caucasian male youths fighting each other about 6.30pm on the green opposite St Kilda beach.
The youths were unable to social distance appropriately as they threw punches and kicked one another.
The brawl attracted attention from shocked onlookers.
Police were forced to use capsicum spray to arrest four people involved in another brawl at the beach which happened at roughly the same time.
It comes as police warned they would be out in force as part of Operation Summersafe to target anti-social behaviour on Melbourne’s metropolitan beaches.
Victoria Police has been contacted for comment.
