Fallen actor Vince Colosimo is facing a stint behind bars after being caught – again – driving while on drugs.

Colosimo was warned last time he was in court he risked a jail term if he ever came before a magistrate again because of his shocking driving record.

In his latest alleged offending Colosimo, 55, was caught driving while unlicensed and tested positive to drugs.

Colosimo was stopped by police while driving along St Kilda Road on the afternoon of April 3, 2021.

It is unknown the drug or drugs allegedly involved.

The charges appear to be the latest misstep for Colosimo in his brushes with the law.

In November 2017 he pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended licence with ice in his system, when stopped and tested on March 5 of that year in Melbourne’s CBD.

He was convicted and fined $3500 and his licence was cancelled for five months.

Colosimo was a guest at the tennis last week and is due to appear on Celebrity Apprentice.

Magistrate David Starvaggi told Colosimo at the time of handing down his sentence that the actor was “risking a jail term if you ever come back to court” on a driving offence.

In January 2017, Colosimo was put on a 12-month good behaviour bond after admitting he had a small quantity of ice in his car when pulled over by police in September 2016.

In December 2014 he appeared in the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court after being caught in May of that year driving on a suspended licence. He was fined $1000 without conviction.

Colosimo, who was a feted guest of champagne brand Piper-Heidsieck at the Australian Open on Thursday night, is one of the stars of Channel 9’s soon to launch Celebrity Apprentice Australia.

He filmed the reality series alongside the likes of Michelle Bridges, Jodi Gordon, Gamble Breaux, Darren McMullen, Jarrod Scott and Bronte Campbell in Sydney in October and November last year.

It is understood Channel 9 were not aware of Colosimo’s legal woes when he filmed the show.

He also has the film Wog Boy 3, in which he appears alongside Nick Giannopoulos, due for release in 2022.

Victoria Police said in a statement: “A 55-year-old Elwood man has been charged on summons with unlicensed and drug driving.

“Prahran Highway Patrol members intercepted a car on St Kilda Road, St Kilda about 2.30pm on Saturday 3 April, 2021.

“It’s alleged the man was driving unlicensed. He also underwent a drug test which returned a positive result.

“His car was impounded and he will appear before Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on February 14.”

Colosimo’s management, RGM, and Channel 9 were contacted for comment. Attempts were also made to contact Colosimo.

Colosimo, who appeared alongside Leonardo DiCaprio in the film Body Of Lies, has also had a run of outs lately in his personal life.

He recently separated from his partner Sabella Sugar who last week obtained a three year intervention order against an opportunistic conwoman who threatened to ruin Colosimo’s career if the couple didn’t hand over $50,000.

Ms Sugar was allegedly told if they did not cough-up the money the woman would go to media outlets alleging Colosimo had been unfaithful.
