“What a dog,” the video’s caption states.

In Victoria it is illegal to leave the site of a crash.

According to VicRoads: “If you are a driver involved in a crash where someone is killed or injured and you do not stop and give assistance, you can be fined over $140,000, be imprisoned for up to 10 years or lose your licence for at least two years.”
