Pair arrested after allegedly breaking into wrong house
Two people have been charged after allegedly smashing their way into the wrong house during the night to demand drugs from terrified residents.

Bungling thugs allegedly demanded drugs as they menaced two people in the dead of night, before realising they had smashed their way into the wrong house.
Police allege three people wielding knives forced their way into a home on The Boulevard in Thomastown at 4am on Wednesday.
They allegedly demanded drugs from two terrified residents at the property.
But the bone-headed intruders soon found they had visited the wrong address and fled before police arrived.
Those at the property were unhurt.
Gang crime squad detectives have since made two arrests over the home invasion.
A Truganina man, 19, has been charged with aggravated home invasion, failing to disclose a PIN code, intentionally causing injury, and two counts of assaulting police.
A 24-year-old woman from Donnybrook has been charged with aggravated home invasion, robbery, committing offences while on bail and failing to provide a PIN code.
Both were remanded to appear in Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on January 25.
A third suspect remains at large.
