Man stabbed to death in Endeavour Hills home

A man has been killed in a stabbing attack inside a home in Melbourne’s southeast, as distraught loved ones gather at the scene.

A young man has been found stabbed to death inside a home in Melbourne’s southeast.

Police were called to an address on Mossgiel Park Drive in Endeavour Hills about 6.30am on Sunday morning.

A Victoria Police spokesman confirmed a 21-year-old Endeavour Hills man was found at the scene “with injuries consistent with a stabbing”.

A 19-year-old Springvale South man located nearby was arrested and was on Sunday afternoon being interviewed by homicide detectives.

Police believe the two men were known to each other, and urged anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers.

Devastated family and friends gathered outside the crime scene on Sunday, falling to the ground distraught as police and other loved ones tried to comfort them.
