Tributes for Logee Osias after she was killed by a man, allegedly her ex-partner, in Kangaroo Flat
A 44-year-old woman who was allegedly stabbed to death in the Bendigo suburb of Kangaroo Flat has been remembered as a loving mum who was always there for her kids.

Friends have paid tribute to a mum who was allegedly stabbed to death at Bendigo in the presence of her children.
A man who is believed to be the former partner of 44-year-old Logee Osias was arrested hours after the horrific killing at a home in the suburb of Kangaroo Flat.
Ms Osias died with her primary school-aged children also inside their High St house.
Police found her unresponsive inside the home just before midnight on Sunday.
Paramedics rushed her to hospital but she could not be saved.
One of Ms Osias’s two daughters, believed to be aged six and nine, are believed to have made a call to emergency services after their mum was attacked.
Neither of the girls was injured.
Police arrested a 44-year-old Junortoun man near a reservoir on North Harcourt Rd about 5am.
He remained under police guard in hospital and is not expected to be charged before Tuesday.
Friends said Ms Osias was a great mother and warm person.
“Nice and very helpful,” one told 9 News.
“As a mum, she’s always there for her kids. That’s all I think about is her kids.”
One neighbour said they heard a loud “bang” about midnight when the violence unfolded.
Detectives cordoned off the single-storey brick home as forensic specialists photographed one of the house’s two garages and combed its backyard and interior for evidence.
A patch of grass behind the home, as well as the house’s front gate, were points of interest for investigators.
An array of children’s toys, including a swing set, trampoline and sporting equipment could be seen from the front of the property.
