The Comancheros are regarded as one of Australia’s “big-six” outlaw motorcycle gangs, along with the Hells Angels, Mongols, Finks, Bandidos and Rebels.
They have a strong presence in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs.
The Herald Sun revealed this week they are one of 13 gangs facing the prospect of a ban on wearing their insignia.
Police have prepared detailed submissions on those clubs, which will be considered under the new Criminal Organisations Control Act.
